  1. How do I collect the sample?
    Every kit includes clear instructions, gloves, and a collection cup. The process is quick, simple, and mess-free. (You’ll also be able to watch a short demo video.)
  2. How long does it take to get results?
    Reports are usually ready within 6–8 weeks after the lab receives your dog’s sample.
  3. How will I receive the results?
    You’ll get an email notification when your results are ready. You can also log into your account on our website to view and download the report.
  4. What’s included in the report?
    A personalized PDF that explains your dog’s gut microbiome in plain language, shows what’s thriving and what may need support, and provides practical diet and lifestyle insights.
  5. Is this a substitute for veterinary care?
    No. Our reports are for informational purposes only and are not a replacement for veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
  6. Do I need to visit a vet?
    No vet visit required. You collect the sample at home, and we take care of the analysis.
  7. Is this safe for puppies or senior dogs?
    Yes. The process is non-invasive and safe for dogs of all ages.
